Buckingham Fountain

This color Chicago photograph highlights the Buckingham fountain located in the heart of Grant Park.

The fountain is a great landmark of Chicago which has a light and music show at dusk while the water display runs. This was a special night in which the fountain turned a bright red for the first time ever.

Water from the center jet actually shoots up to 150 feet in the air and the display runs for 20 minutes every hour on the hour.

Chicago Skyline Photos

This is a video my son, Jeff, made using my Chicago Photographs. The video features my most popular work from over the last 30 years.

There are pictures of the Chicago Skyline, popular Chicago Landmarks, and all the Chicago sports teams including the Chicago Cubs, White Sox, Bears & Bulls.

Needless to say I am very proud of what he did. The song by Frank Sinatra really topped it off.

Aerial View of Chicago

This is a great color photograph of Chicago which captures all of the city skyline.

The picture was taken from a small airplane that I rented for the day and shows the entire skyline from a distance looking NorthWest.

In addition to the Chicago Skyline, the Museum Campus and most of the Lakefront area is shown.

This is currenlty one of my most recent aerial photos which was taken in the fall of 2007.

Early Morning Shadows

With Spring approaching (even though it is currently 40 degrees today), I thought it would be appropriate to shine some light on the current conditions with this Chicago photo I took a few years ago.

This color photo features a view of the Chicago Lakefront and Skyline looking South. The second tallest building in Chicago, the John Hancock, can be spotted as you look right between the two trees. I surprised myself with the way this shot turned out.

This Chicago photograph was taken right off Fullerton Street during the early morning of a Summer day.

Black & White Chicago Skyline

As this is my first post, I will talk about one of my faorite and most popular photographs.

This photo above is one of my best sellers and is the current logo on my Chicago Gallery website.

The black and white photo of Chicago features the beautiful Chicago Skyline at night. The lights from high a top the skyscrapers casts a nice reflection onto Lake Michigan as the clouds cover the nights sky. The street lights on Lake Shore Drive also provide a shiny glare.

The photo was taken during the late Fall near the Adler Planetarium. It was a great night to be shooting with black and white film as the dark clouds filled the night sky.

This photo really brings out the amazing view of the city skyline.
